Winkelverantwoordelijke – Drankenhandel

Heb jij een passie voor dranken, klantencontact en verantwoordelijkheid? Ben je commercieel ingesteld en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor een drankenhandel zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en zelfstandige Winkelverantwoordelijke.

Als winkelverantwoordelijke ben jij het aanspreekpunt van de winkel en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt. Je combineert klantenservice en verkoop met een goede organisatie van de winkel.

Wat wordt jouw rol?

* Eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van winkel en afhaalpunt.

* Je stuurt het team aan : planning, taakverdeling, nieuwe collega's opleiden.

* Je bewaakt de voorraad: bestellen, leveringen controleren, stock opvolgen.

* Je zorgt dat de winkel er piekfijn bij ligt en de promo's in de kijker staan.

* Je volgt de webshopbestellingen op zodat elke afhaling vlot verloopt.

* En je staat gewoon zelf mee in de winkel: klanten helpen, adviseren, kassa.

* Je denkt proactief mee over promoties en assortiment. Jouw ideeën tellen hier echt mee.

Wie zoeken we?

Iemand met ervaring in Retail, drankenhandel en/of horeca. Je bent iemand die initiatief neemt en zaken geregeld krijgt. Die graag mensen aanstuurt en de sfeer leuk houd. Je bent iemand die een vlotte babbel kan hebben met de klanten en die fysiek in orde is om een bak of een vat te verplaatsen.

Rijbewijs B en ervaring met een transpallet of heftruck is mooi meegenomen!
