Ben jij klaar voor een uitdagende rol als winkelverantwoordelijke bij Euro Shop Roeselare? Samen met de gerant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van onze winkel in Roeselare. Als gezicht van de winkel zorg je voor een inspirerende werkomgeving voor je team en een optimale winkelervaring voor onze klanten. We zoeken een energieke en resultaatgerichte manager die met passie de leiding neemt.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Winkelmanagement: je zorgt voor de dagelijkse leiding en een klantgerichte winkelervaring, waarin de waarden van Euro Shop tot leven komen.
  • Verkoop: klanten adviseer je op een professionele manier, met als doel de verkoop te verhogen en een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden.
  • Teammanagement: je begeleidt en motiveert een team van 25 medewerkers (kassiers, aanvullers, verkopers en sectorverantwoordelijken) en zorgt voor een positieve werksfeer.
  • Administratie: je beheert de personeelsplanning, volgt bestellingen op, controleert prijzen en zorgt voor een correcte administratie van de werkuren.
  • Voorraadbeheer: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorraad, plant aankopen en houdt de stockrotatie nauwkeurig bij.
  • Budgetbeheer: je bewaakt omzet, marges en kosten en rapporteert hierover aan het management.
  • Commercieel beleid: je denkt mee over het assortimenten de verkoopdoelen. Je draagt bij aan de strategische richting van de winkel.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Ma/ba met 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en winkelverkoop.
  • Durft zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen met oog voor de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Je beschikt over de juiste dosis people-skills en kunt een team motiveren en aansturen.
  • Je hebt een passie voor sales en begrijpt het belang van klanttevredenheid en resultaat.
  • Werkt gestructureerd, hands-on, oplossingsgericht en nauwkeurig.
  • Weekendwerk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zeer goed, zowel gesproken als geschreven en hebt een basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en werkte reeds met een ERP systeem.
