Wat ga je doen?

Als winkelmanager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de goede sfeer in de winkel. Je motiveert en stimuleert het team van 10 medewerkers en neemt de leiding. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent stel je prioriteiten en zorg je ervoor dat de winkel vlot draait. Je haalt energie uit het adviseren van onze klanten, zodat ze met een glimlach de winkel verlaten.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Motiveren en aansturen van medewerkers: Je creëert een positieve werkomgeving en leidt nieuwe medewerkers op tot volwaardige teamleden.
  • Commerciële doelstellingen bepalen en behalen: Je stelt targets op en doet er alles aan om deze samen met het team te realiseren.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Je beheert de voorraden en houdt de werking van de winkel kritisch in de gaten.
  • Klantgericht advies: Je staat klaar om klanten te adviseren over onze producten, zodat ze tevreden vertrekken.
  • Kortom, jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van de winkel en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
  • Ervaring in de DIY- of retailsector: Je hebt enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring en een ruime kennis van producten, materialen en technieken binnen de DIY-sector.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en kunt je goed uit de slag trekken in het Frans.
  • People-skills en verantwoordelijkheidszin: Je weet hoe je een team moet motiveren en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Je werkt proactief, houdt het hoofd koel in stressvolle situaties en stelt je flexibel op.
  • Beschikbaarheid: Weekendwerk vormt voor jou geen probleem, en je bent snel beschikbaar.
