Poils & Plumes is een dierenspeciaalzaak. Wij bieden onze klanten een ruim assortiment voeding en accessoires voor hun dieren, aangevuld met persoonlijk advies dankzij onze passie en expertise.

Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een winkelverantwoordelijke met een passie voor verkoop en voor dieren.

Functie

Deze functie omvat het dagelijks beheer van de winkel, het begeleiden van een klein team ter plaatse en het zorgen voor een warme, deskundige service aan onze klanten en hun dieren. De winkelverantwoordelijke werkt zo zelfstandig mogelijk, met de nodige ondersteuning vanuit het hoofdkantoor van Poils & Plumes.

Jouw belangrijkste taken

  • Klanten verwelkomen, adviseren en begeleiden bij hun aankopen.
  • Deskundig advies geven over de behoeften van hun dieren.
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde winkel, correcte productpresentatie en tijdige aanvulling van de rekken.
  • Bestellingen plaatsen en de administratieve opvolging verzorgen.
  • Facturen controleren en administratief opvolgen.
  • De dagelijkse werking van de winkel organiseren en prioriteiten bewaken.
  • Initiatief nemen om de klantenservice, organisatie en resultaten verder te verbeteren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het team en het hoofdkantoor.

Wij zoeken iemand met een ondernemersmentaliteit die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich actief inzet voor het succes van de winkel. Je vindt het belangrijk dat de winkel goed draait, klanten tevreden zijn en doelstellingen worden bereikt.

Je bent iemand die:

  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en organisatorisch sterk is.
  • Prioriteiten kan stellen en oplossingsgericht werkt.
  • Initiatief neemt en zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen.
  • Duidelijk communiceert met collega's en het hoofdkantoor.
  • Een team kan motiveren en inspireren.
  • Betrouwbaar, dynamisch en stressbestendig is.
  • Flexibel is en bereid is om op zaterdag te werken.
  • Een sterke affiniteit met dieren heeft; ervaring in de dierensector is een pluspunt.
