In nauwe samenwerking met de directie word je verantwoordelijk voor het goed functioneren van de winkel .

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • De aansturing van het personeelsteam : coaching, planning en dagelijkse follow up
  • De winkel inrichting , voorraadbeheer , personeelsplanning
  • Verwerken en registreren van verkochte goederen

Bedienen van de kassa en correct afhandelen van betalingen

Onthalen en verder helpen van klanten

  • Beantwoorden van binnenkomende telefoons
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken

Verzamelen en doorgeven van klantfeedback

Mee zorgen voor een ordelijke en professionele winkelomgeving

  • Controleren van producten en administratieve gegevens waar nodig
  • Als baliemedewerker, administratief bediende of kassaverantwoordelijke combineer je dienstverlening met een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging.
