Als Store Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van onze winkel. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles operationeel vlot draait: van teamorganisatie en winkelpresentatie tot klantbeleving en commerciële resultaten. Je stuurt een team van medewerkers aan, coacht hen in hun groei en creëert een positieve, resultaatgerichte werksfeer. Je neemt ownership over de winkel alsof het je eigen zaak is.

Jouw functie

  • Je leidt en organiseert de dagelijkse werking van de winkel
  • Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt je team zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, orde, netheid en uitstraling van de winkel
  • Je analyseert resultaten en zoekt voortdurend naar opportuniteiten om omzet en rendement te verhogen
  • Je denkt commercieel en handelt proactief om de winkelprestaties te optimaliseren
  • Je bewaakt processen, stockbeheer en operationele efficiëntie
  • Je springt mee in waar nodig en behoudt steeds het overzicht
  • Je overlegt op regelmatige basis met de zaakvoerders over resultaten, uitdagingen en opportuniteiten
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur binnen retail of supermarktsector
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren en te laten groeien
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook in drukke periodes
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, efficiënt en gestructureerd
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en hands-on ingesteld
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en streeft continu naar verbetering
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel
