Voor een stabiele onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Winkelverkoper. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij kunnen rekenen op een aangename ontvangst, correct advies en een vlotte service.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin klantencontact, verkoop en een verzorgde winkel centraal staan. Een mooie kans voor iemand die commercieel ingesteld is en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt in de dagelijkse werking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je verwelkomt klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier
  • Je luistert naar de behoeften van klanten en geeft persoonlijk en passend advies
  • Je staat in voor de verkoop en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van aankopen
  • Je beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een goed gevoel de winkel verlaten
  • Je volgt bestellingen en klantenvragen nauwgezet op
  • Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde presentatie van de winkel en producten
  • Je controleert de voorraad en signaleert tijdig wanneer producten moeten worden bijbesteld
  • Je helpt bij het ontvangen en controleren van leveringen
  • Je verwerkt betalingen en zorgt voor een correcte kassa-afhandeling
  • Je springt bij waar nodig en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking
