Gesucht wird für ein großes Privatanwesen in der Region Wallonien, Belgien, ein versiertes, zuverlässiges Wirtschafter-Paar (m/w/d), welches der englischen und französischen Sprache mächtig sein sollte. Beide Personen müssen nachweislich über entsprechende Berufserfahrung aus gleichwertiger Anstellung verfügen. Gesucht wird ein erfahrenes, engagiertes Paar, das in der Lage ist, einen größeren Privathaushalt eigenständig und vorausschauend zu betreuen und zu versorgen. Beide Personen übernehmen gemeinsam die Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf des Anwesens. Unterstützung erhalten sie von vorhandenen Hilfen im Haus sowie hinzugezogenes Fremdpersonal. Dabei wird eine eigenständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ebenso vorausgesetzt wie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Diskretion. Bei Anwesenheit der Arbeitgeber und Gästen übernehmen sie zudem die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Bewirtung sowie des Service. Eine Dienstwohnung (teilmöbliert, kann auch voll möbliert werden) steht außerhalb des Anwesens zur Verfügung und muss bezogen werden. Beide Personen sollten im Besitz einer gültigen Fahrerlaubnis sein und beide, wie bereits erwähnt, zweisprachig (englisch & französisch) sein. Die Familie hat noch weitere Wohnsitze in Österreich und der Schweiz, wo bereits Personal vorhanden ist, so dass man nicht mitreisen muss. Das aktuelle Paar geht nach 24 Jahren in den Ruhestand, hier wird die Nachfolge gesucht. Die Position ist nach Absprache zu besetzen, spätestens zum 01.01.2027, und wird wirtschaftlich überdurchschnittlich gut vergütet.
