20 Stunden/Woche, 4 Jahre Befristung, ab März 2027

Die Stelle ist der Professur "Gesundheitspsychologie" (Univ.-Prof.in Dr.in Elisabeth Lucia Zeilinger) zugeordnet. Die Organisationseinheit arbeitet an gesundheitspsychologischen Fragestellungen in enger Verbindung mit medizinischen Themen und einem Public-Health-Ansatz. Zentrale Bezugsrahmen sind Health Equity, eine menschenrechtliche Perspektive sowie die UN-Konvention über die Rechte von Menschen mit Behinderungen.

IHRE AUFGABEN * Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeit in einem internationalen Forschungsprojekt zu Gesundheit, Lebensqualität und Teilhabe von Menschen mit intellektuellen Beeinträchtigungen * Mitarbeit an weiteren Forschungsprojekten und Forschungsanträgen der Abteilung * Verfassen einer kumulativen Dissertation * Die Dissertation wird von Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Lucia Zeilinger betreut und das PhD Studium wird im Rahmen des PhD-Programms ,Mental Health and Neuroscience` durchgeführt. (https://www.kl.ac.at/de/studium-weiterbildung/phd-program-mental-health-and-neuroscience). * Präsentation von Ergebnissen auf wissenschaftlichen Tagungen * Mitwirkung in der Lehre und Administration im Bereich der Gesundheitspsychologie * Anleitung studentischer Mitarbeiter:innen * Eigene Forschungs- und Publikationstätigkeiten sind ausdrücklich erwünscht und werden unterstützt

IHR PROFIL * Abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium einer einschlägigen Fachrichtung (z.B. Psychologie, Public Health, Pflegewissenschaften) * Interesse an gesundheitspsychologischen und Public-Health-Fragestellungen, insbesondere zu gesundheitlicher Chancengerechtigkeit und marginalisierten Bevölkerungsgruppen * Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit intellektuellen Beeinträchtigungen, Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen oder anderen Gruppen, die im Gesundheitssystem häufig auf Zugangsbarrieren stoßen, ist von Vorteil. * Kenntnisse im Bereich der Datenerhebung und -auswertung (quantitativ / qualitativ) * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse * Interesse am wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten und am Verfassen von wissenschaftl. Publikationen; Publikationserfahrung ist von Vorteil * Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in der Lehre * Zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise * Freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
