und Fließgewässerforschung kommt es zur Besetzung einer Stelle als: 1 Wissenschaftliche*r Mitarbeiter*in mit oder ohne Doktorat

im Forschungs- und Lehrbetrieb (Senior Scientist)

Beschäftigungsausmaß: 20 Wochenstunden (mit Option der Aufstockung durch Drittmittel)

Dauer des Dienstverhältnisses: ab 15.10.2026, befristet bis 31.03.2027

(mit Option auf unbefristete Verlängerung)

Arbeitsort: 1200 Wien, BOKU Wasserbaulabor

Einstufung gem. Univ.-KV, Verwendungsgruppe: B1 (ohne Dok.), B1 lit. b (mit Dok.)

Bruttomonatsgehalt: (abhängig von der anrechenbaren Vorerfahrung) mind. (für 20 WStd.):

ohne Dok. € 1.888,10, mit Dok. € 2.507,20

Aufgaben

º Management und Koordination der Modellversuche im BOKU Wasserbaulabor

("Halleningenieur*in")

º Planung und Umsetzung von (groß -)maßstäblichen Modellversuchen inkl.

wissenschaftlicher, versuchstechnischer und messtechnischer Konzeption

º Forschungsgeleitete Weiterentwicklung von laser-optischer Messtechnik (tomoPIV,

LDV, ...), u.a. als Serviceleistung für Forschende im Labor

º Weiterentwicklung von laser-optischer Messtechnik für Donauwasserbetrieb

(insbesondere für die 10m3/s-Rinne, Maßstab bis zu 1:1)

º Wissenschaftliche Betreuung von laser-optischem Equipment (tomoPIV, LDV, ...) und

wiss. Infrastruktur wie dem Laser-Optischen Labor

º Wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen auf dem Gebiet des Wasserbaus, der Wasserkraft,

des Sedimenttransportes und der Fließgewässerforschung

º Veröffentlichung der Ergebnisse in internationalen Fachzeitschriften und Präsentation

bei nationalen/internationalen Konferenzen

º Betreuung von Studierenden

Aufnahmeerfordernis

º Abgeschlossenes Doktorat oder Abschluss des Doktorats in (Umwelt-)

Ingenieurwissenschaften oder gleichwertiges Doktorat oder

º Abgeschlossenes Diplomstudium in (Umwelt-)Ingenieurwissenschaften,

Bauingenieurwesen oder gleichwertiges, thematisch passendes Studium

º Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

º Exzellente Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Planung und Umsetzung von

hydraulischen Modellversuchen zu Forschungsthemen des Instituts

º Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in laser-optischer Messtechnik (PIV, LDV, ...)

º Sehr gute messtechnische Kenntnisse

Weitere erwünschte Qualifikationen

º Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Werkstattteams

º Interesse und Begeisterung im Team zu arbeiten

º Starker Wunsch, exzellente Forschung zu betreiben

º Didaktische Fähigkeiten, Publikationstätigkeit
