Fix angestellt bei Trenkwalder arbeiten Sie ab sofort für unseren Kunden, das IQS - Institut des Bundes für Qualitätssicherung im österreichischen Schulwesen, am Standort 5020 Salzburg als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Projekt "PISA 2029" in Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitwirkung an der Durchführung der internationalen Studie PISA 2029 (Financial Literacy)

* Sicherstellung der Qualität von Testmaterialien, Fragebögen und Bewertungsrichtlinien im Rahmen von Übersetzungs- und Adaptionsprozessen

* Bewertung und Codierung offener Schülerantworten

* Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen und projektbezogenen Prozessen

* Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdergruppen (international, institutsintern und -extern)

* Unterstützung von leitenden Kolleginnen und Kolleginnen des Referates

* Übernahme von Aufgaben im Rahmen der Projektkoordination gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes sozialwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an wissenschaftlichen Projekten sowie in der selbstständigen Koordination von Prozessen und Abläufen

* Idealerweise Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der nationalen oder internationalen Kompetenzmessungen und der Qualitätsentwicklung, insbesondere von Schülerkompetenzmessungen

* Kenntnisse des österreichischen Bildungssystems

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Statistiksoftware wie beispielsweise R und/oder SPSS sind ein Plus

* Hohe Motivation, Belastbarkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab € 1.919,30 (20 Std./Woche) sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
