De gemeente Maasdriel (ca. 26.000 inwoners) ligt in het prachtige rivierenlandschap van de Bommelerwaard. Door de centrale ligging in Nederland, aan de A2, het spoor en de rivieren de Maas en de Waal, biedt Maasdriel vele mogelijkheden. Maasdriel bestaat uit 11 karakteristieke dorpen, met ieder hun eigen dynamiek. Onze kernwaarden zijn Lef, Samen en Trots. Opdracht De opdracht Wmo-beleidsadviseur bedraagt tot 1 november 8 uur per week. Vanaf 1 november wordt de inzet uitgebreid naar 36 uur per week, conform de uitvraag. De gemeente Maasdriel zoekt een ervaren Wmo beleidsadviseur die tijdelijk de gemeente kan ondersteunen met vraagstukken van Wmo. We zoeken iemand die veel kennis heeft van Wmo en binnen dit speelveld breed inzetbaar is en ervaring heeft in de politiek bestuurlijke advisering. De opdracht richt zich op het boeken van concrete resultaten en je gaat aan de slag met de volgende onderwerpen: Functie eisen Onze opdrachtgever heeft eisen en wensen geformuleerd. Aan alle eisen moet worden voldaan om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie. Voor deze functie zijn de volgende eisen en wensen geformuleerd: Eisen: - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 10 jaar in de rol van Wmo-adviseur binnen een gemeente - Aantoonbare werkervaring met beschermd wonen en/of maatschappelijke opvang en het voeren van accountgesprekken - In het kader van de wet DBA leent deze uitvraag zich helaas niet voor uitvoering door zzp'ers. Mocht je als zzp'er willen reageren, kan dat via ons middels een detacheringsconstructie.
