Je gaat in gesprek, onderzoekt de situatie en kijkt samen naar passende oplossingen. Via detachering werk je bij verschillende gemeenten. Hierdoor kom je in diverse werkomgevingen terecht en doe je brede ervaring op binnen het sociaal domein. Dit zorgt voor afwisseling én de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor inwoners met vragen over ondersteuning, hulpmiddelen en voorzieningen.
