Functieomschrijving Heb jij een aantal jaren stevige ervaring in de uitvoering van de WMO en ben je toe aan een rol waarin je jouw vakkennis overdraagt aan collega's? Gemeentes kampen regelmatig met piekbelasting of wachtlijsten. BMC Uitvoering lost dit op door complete projectteams in te zetten. Jij wordt de kartrekker van zo'n team. In deze veelzijdige sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werkbegeleiding en de coaching van de teamleden. Daarnaast ben jij de directe schakel naar de opdrachtgever. Geen week is hetzelfde door de grote diversiteit in je werk. Je start de week bijvoorbeeld met een afstemming met de teammanager Wmo van de gemeente om de planning en voortgang door te nemen. Daarna sluit je aan bij je eigen club: je brengt focus aan, bewaakt de inhoudelijke kwaliteit en coacht een junior bij een ingewikkeld dossier.
