Vacature WMS Consultant Als WMS Consultant krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het implementeren van software oplossingen bij logistieke dienstverleners. Ridderkerk HBO 40 Uur Ben je geïnteresseerd? De organisatie Onze klant is een middelgroot softwarebedrijf in Zuid-Holland dat ontwikkelt & implementeert geïntegreerde logistieke oplossingen voor bedrijven actief in en rond de havenlogistiek. Denk aan partijen zoals logistieke dienstverleners, expediteurs, terminals en containerdepots. Vanuit een informele werkomgeving werkt een team van circa 45 medewerkers dagelijks aan het verbeteren van de eigen softwareproducten. De functie Als WMS Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van softwareoplossingen bij logistieke organisaties. Je begeleidt het volledige traject: van het analyseren van klantwensen en het inrichten van applicaties tot het trainen van gebruikers, het uitvoeren van testen en het verzorgen van nazorg. Tot jouw taken behoren onder andere: Het configureren van systemen zoals WMS, scanoplossingen, zelfbedieningsportalen, entrepotadministratie, en EDI-integraties. Intensief klantcontact om te zorgen voor een optimale inrichting van de software. Zelfstandig uitvoeren van implementaties, met ondersteuning van collega's uit support en development. Regelmatig klantbezoek op locaties verspreid over Nederland en België. Het profiel Je bent klantgericht, analytisch en communicatief vaardig. Je denkt actief mee over slimme oplossingen en weet goed om te gaan met verschillende klantbehoeften. Verder vragen wij: Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding; Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; Minimaal vier jaar relevante werkervaring in de IT en logistiek; Ervaring met logistieke software en/of rapportagetools (bijvoorbeeld Power BI) is een pré; Bekendheid met systemen zoals Softpak, BluJay, Boltrics of Dynamics is een pluspunt.
