Accept the challenge Du möchtest Warehouse Management neu denken? Als D365 F&O WMS Product Manager (m/w/d) gestaltest du aktiv die nächste Generation von Warehouse Management Lösungen.

Gemeinsam mit unserem Team entwickelst du ein integriertes Produktportfolio rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Warehouse Automation und künstliche Intelligenz. Dabei verbindest du ERP, Lagerlogistik und Automatisierung zu einer durchgängigen Plattform - ohne Insellösungen, ohne Blackbox-WMS, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Standardisierung, Skalierbarkeit und Innovation.

Dein Job * Strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres D365 F&O Warehouse Management Produktportfolios * Definition von Produkt-Roadmaps, Releases und Features für skalierbare Standardlösungen * Konzeption und Integration moderner Lagerautomatisierungssysteme wie AutoStore, Kardex, Shuttle-Systeme sowie AGV- und AMR-Lösungen * Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger Integrationsarchitekturen für Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations * Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen entlang der gesamten Supply Chain * Entwicklung intelligenter Strategien für Materialflusssteuerung, Lagerplatzverwaltung und Pickprozesse * Weiterentwicklung eines intelligenten und hochautomatisierten Warehouse Management Systems * Evaluierung und Integration innovativer Technologien wie AI, Copilot und agentenbasierter Entscheidungslogiken * Produktisierung von Projekterfahrungen in Form von Standardmodulen, Add-ons und wiederverwendbaren Komponenten * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und interdisziplinären Teams

Das bringst du mit * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung oder Transformation von Warehouse-Management-Lösungen * Fundiertes Verständnis von Warehouse-, Intralogistik- und Supply-Chain-Prozessen * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O oder vergleichbaren ERP- und WMS-Plattformen von Vorteil * Gutes Verständnis von Systemintegration, APIs, Schnittstellen und modernen Softwarearchitekturen * Gute Vernetzung im WMS- und Intralogistik-Markt sowie Gespür für zukünftige Markt- und Kundenanforderungen * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in skalierbare Lösungen zu übersetzen * Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern - von Fachbereich bis Management * Eigeninitiative, Innovationsfreude und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Die Einstufung dieser Position lässt ein Entgelt ab € 3.800,00 brutto/Monat zu.
