In de regio Benelux hebben we meer dan 50 vestigingen verspreid over 30 locaties, waar we met ruim 11.000 collega's dagelijks bijdragen aan ons succes. JOUW ROL Bij CEVA Logistics zijn wij op zoek naar een WMS Super User voor ons NextGen programma. Dit is een grootschalig internationaal transformatieprogramma waarbij Manhattan Active WMS/OMS wordt geïmplementeerd als het nieuwe warehouse management platform. In deze rol krijg je de unieke kans om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van warehousing binnen CEVA. Je werkt samen met diverse teams en levert een zichtbare bijdrage aan één van de belangrijkste digitale transformatieprogramma's van onze organisatie. De implementatie van Manahattan Active raakt vrijwel alle onderdelen van onze logistieke operatie, waaronder Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, en Business Process Excellence. Binnen de Benelux staan meerdere implementaties gepland, waarbij jij als WMS Super User een belangrijke rol speelt in het ontwerp, de configuratie, testing, training, change management en de uiteindelijke uitrol van het systeem. Samengevat ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het ondersteunen van de implementatie en uitrol van Manhattan Active WMS binnen de Benelux; - Het vertalen van operationele processen naar efficiënte WMS-oplossingen en adviseren over systeeminrichting; - Het uitvoeren en coördineren van testen, het signaleren van verbeterpunten en het waarborgen van een succesvolle ingebruikname; - Het verzorgen van trainingen, ondersteunen van eindgebruikers en begeleiden van de organisatie tijdens de verandering naar het nieuwe WMS; - Het samenwerken met internationale projectteams en interne stakeholders.
