Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams im Pflegehaus St. Louise als engagierte, kompetente und empathische Wohnbereichsleitung*.

Die Barmherzige Schwestern Pflege GmbH betreut Menschen im Alter, die Unterstützung im Alltag benötigen. Mehr als 220 Mitarbeiter*innen sorgen für professionelle und fürsorgliche Pflege & Betreuung der Bewohner*innen an neun Standorten in Wien & Niederösterreich. 1 Wohnbereichsleiter_in Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Fürsorgliches & fachlich kompetentes Betreuen und Pflegen der Bewohner*innen

* Planen, Organisieren, Durchführen und Kontrollieren aller pflegerischen Maßnahmen

* Festlegen, Koordinieren und Kontrollieren effizienter Arbeitsabläufe im Organisationsbereich und innerhalb der Vorgaben des GuKG

* Erarbeiten von Wohnbereichs- und Pflegezielen

* Mitwirken bei Qualitätssicherung, Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität und Umsetzung der Qualitätsziele des Hauses

* Gezieltes Einsetzen von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern bei der Dienstplangestaltung

* Förderung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter*innen

* Hauptverantwortliche*r Ansprechpartner*in für Bewohner*innen und Angehörige

Ihre Qualifikationen und persönliche Kompetenzen:

* Diplom für Gesundheit- und Krankenpflege

* mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* Ausbildung im basalen und mittlerem Pflegemanagement oder die Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren

* Erfahrung als Führungskraft oder Stellvertretung von Vorteil

* Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbständigkeit und persönlichem Engagement

* Organisationskompetenz und Kompetenz im Qualitätsmanagement

* Konflikt- und Selbstreflexionsfähigkeit

* Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Lösungsorientierung

* Kenntnisse des mäeutischen Pflegekonzeptes von Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Zugewandt und einfühlsam auf ältere Menschen eingehen

* Freude am Leben haben und diese gerne weitergeben

* Menschlichkeit leben

* Verantwortung übernehmen: nachhaltig, sozial und wirtschaftlich
