Meine Aufgaben - Näher am Menschen

* Führung der Wohngruppen nach den Vorgaben der Haus- und Pflegedienstleitung

* Sicherstellen höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick

* Dienstplankoordination

* Mitgestaltung eines vertrauensvollen Arbeitsklimas der gegenseitigen Unterstützung

* Pflegefachliche Beratung und Schulung von Mitarbeiter:innen und Auszubildenden

* Beratung von Angehörigen und Interessenten rund um den Einzug

* Kontinuierliche Erweiterung der Kompetenzen im Rahmen von Fort- und Weiterbildungen

Mein Profil - Näher am Job

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungs- und Delegationsfähigkeit sowie Urteils- und Problemlösungsvermögen

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang mit Bewohner:innen, Familien und Kolleg:innen

* Konflikt- und Kritikfähigkeit, Selbstreflexion, vernetztes Denken

* Fähigkeit und Motivation, Wissen und Erfahrung weiterzugeben

* Geübter Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentations-Tools

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung der allgemeinen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege bzw. Diplom der psychiatrischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (DGKP), bzw. Nostrifikation in Österreich und Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung für basales und mittleres Management (§ 64 GuKG) bzw. Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung einer solchen oder sonstige hierfür gleichwertig vorliegende Qualifikation je nach Vorgabe des jeweiligen Landesgesetzes
