Dit kan klinisch, poliklinisch en in de thuissituatie zijn ter verbetering van de kwaliteit van leven van onze cliënten. Je werkt binnen het verpleegkundig praktijkdomein in opdracht van een hoofdbehandelaar waarin overleg centraal staat. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega wondconsulenten en wondverpleegkundigen van het Expertise Centrum Wondzorg ZuidZorg en de collega's van de wijkteams. Jouw kennis en kracht - Je bent in het bezit van een hbo diploma verpleegkunde, bent BIG geregistreerd en beschikt daarnaast over een afgeronde opleiding wondverpleegkundige én wondconsulent aan het Erasmus MC Rotterdam of Radboud Nijmegen (of je bent bereid deze te volgen). - Je bent zelfstandig, empathisch, flexibel, integer, betrokken en hulpvaardig in relatie tot patiënten, diens familie en je collega's. - Je bent ordelijk, werkt planmatig en hebt een methodisch werkvermogen bij de verzorging van patiënten. - Je weet als geen ander patiënten te motiveren en te stimuleren. Geduld met patiënten en bezoekers is jou op het lijf geschreven. - Je kunt een functionele samenwerkingsrelatie aangaan met patiënten en indien nodig met de familie. - Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 24 uur per week. Wat ga je doen Als wondverpleegkundige/ wondconsulent ben je de centrale figuur in het verlenen van geprotocolleerde, gespecialiseerde verpleegkundige wondzorg en het uitvoeren van complexe verpleegtechnische handelingen bij cliënten. De functie is regio-overstijgend, wat betekent dat je flexibel inzetbaar bent over het gehele werk...
