Je implementeert de maatregelen uit de routekaart versnelling woningbouw, borgt deze binnen relevante afdelingen en stuurt actief op realisatie en voortgang van de programmering op locatie-, gebieds-, stedelijk- en regionaal niveau. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Implementeren en borgen van maatregelen uit de routekaart versnelling woningbouw bij de afdelingen die hiermee werken. - Programma- en processturing : opstellen van strategie, programmadoelen en planning; operationeel aansturen van het woningbouwprogramma. - Prioriteren en adviseren : toetsen en vertalen van vragen, ideeën en initiatieven op hun bijdrage aan de ambitie; adviseren over te maken keuzes richting bestuur en politiek. - Bewaken van realisatie : bewaken van voortgang van lopende woningbouwprojecten en hun bijdrage aan de overall realisatiedoelstelling (gemiddeld ruim 480 woningen per jaar). - Verzorgen van bijeenkomsten : organiseren en voorzitten van regulier overleg met woningcorporaties en het versnellingsteam wonen. - Regionale vertegenwoordiging : de gemeente vertegenwoordigen in regionale verbanden, deelnemen aan de regionale bouwstroom en versnellingstafels. - Sturen op uitvoerbaarheid : beoordelen en sturen op haalbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid van projectdoelen (nieuwbouw en renovatie) in afstemming met externe partners. - Risico- en afwijkingsmanagement : opstellen van prognoses ten aanzien van realisatie versus doelstelling en bij afwijkingen het initiatief nemen om bij te stellen; doorbreken van impasses door afgewogen inzet van middelen of capaciteit. - Afstemming en integraliteit : afstemmen met andere beleidsterreinen om samenhang en integraliteit binnen het programma te borgen.
