Als makelaar bij deze club krijg je alle ruimte om je netwerk uit te breiden, want het makelaarsvak zit in je bloed. Dagelijks speel je mee in aankoop- en verkooptrajecten en werk je samen met een hecht team om elke keer opnieuw te winnen. Je kunt jezelf verder ontwikkelen, initiatieven nemen en bent de verbindende schakel tussen ontwikkelaars en kopers. Jouw rol: potentiële kopers enthousiasmeren voor projecten, net zoals een coach zijn team motiveert. En je krijgt de vrijheid om je eigen spelplan en netwerk op te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen:

• Begeleiden van aankoop- en verkooptrajecten van bestaande woningen en nieuwbouwprojecten. • Adviseren en enthousiasmeren van potentiële kopers. • Onderhouden en uitbreiden van je eigen netwerk in de regio Eindhoven. • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor ontwikkelaars, kopers en andere betrokken partijen. • Signaleren van kansen in de markt en daarop inspelen met eigen initiatief.

Functie-eisen: Om als makelaar echt het verschil te maken, heb je meer nodig dan alleen papieren. Je bent ondernemend, werkt met passie en stijl en hebt het lef om initiatief te nemen. Je weet hoe je de wedstrijd speelt: je bouwt relaties, denkt commercieel én schakelt makkelijk tussen mensen en projecten. Je begrijpt wat kopers beweegt en vertaalt dit moeiteloos naar actie. Kennis, vertrouwen en een flinke dosis energie maken jou de perfecte speler voor deze club.

Jij beschikt over:

• Een hbo-diploma Makelaardij (of vergelijkbaar). • Een KRMT- of RM-titel (of je bent bereid die op korte termijn te behalen). • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. • Kennis van (of sterke affiniteit met) de woningmarkt in de regio Eindhoven. • Een rijbewijs B, je bent graag onderweg voor je klanten.
