Bij Team EIFFEL werk je aan juridische vraagstukken die organisaties én burgers raken. Soms vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Arnhem. Soms bij een gemeente, uitvoeringsorganisatie of rijksoverheidsinstantie. Altijd met impact. Dit ga je doen Als WOO-jurist ondersteun je overheidsorganisaties bij vraagstukken rondom de Wet open overheid. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambities houd je je bezig met: - Het behandelen en beoordelen van Woo-verzoeken; - Het opstellen van juridische adviezen over openbaarheid en informatieverstrekking; - Het uitvoeren van belangenafwegingen rondom vertrouwelijkheid en privacy; - Het begeleiden van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures; - Het adviseren van bestuurders, management en collega's over de toepassing van de Woo; - Het bijdragen aan beleid, processen en kwaliteitsverbeteringen rondom openbaarmaking. Je bent fit for the job als je... - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Rechten. - Ervaring met de Wet open overheid, de Wet openbaarheid van bestuur (Wob) of vergelijkbare bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken. - Kennis van het bestuursrecht. - Een scherpe juridische blik én gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
