Woo-Jurist Gemeente Utrechtse Heuvelrug Locatie: Doorn, Utrecht Startdatum: 12 oktober 2026 Uren p/w: vanaf 36 uur p/w Looptijd: 6 maanden Type: Interlancing / detachering Vakgebied: Juridisch Sluitingsdatum: 5 oktober 2026 Reageer direct Omschrijving opdracht Ga direct naar Taakomschrijving - Coördineren, verzamelen van informatie en behandelen van Woo-verzoeken; - Beoordelen van documenten en screenen van informatie op toepasbaarheid van uitzonderingsgronden; - Opvragen van zienswijzen, afwegen van belangen bij openbaarmaking en zorgdragen voor een juridisch houdbare motivering van Woo-besluiten; - Behandelen van bezwaarschriften, horen van bezwaarmakers, voeren van verweer tijdens een hoorzitting en opstellen van beslissingen op bezwaar; - Optreden als verweerder in beroepsprocedures bij de Rechtbank en Afdeling bestuursrechtspraak van de Raad van State die gaan over Woo-besluiten; - Onderhouden van contact over de voortgang van lopende Woo-verzoeken met collega's van andere organisatieonderdelen; - Advisering van bestuur en collega's over de toepassing van de Woo en de juridische kaders; - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen in de wet- en regelgeving en vertalen daarvan naar de praktijk; - Continu verbeteren van de juridische kwaliteit via o.a. procesverbeteringen, leren van lessen (o.a. uit gerechtelijke procedures), standaardisatie en kennisdeling binnen de organisatie. Wie zoeken wij? - Afgeronde juridische opleiding op minimaal hbo-niveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het afhandelen van Woo-verzoeken; - Ervaring met het opstellen van besluiten en het voeren van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures; - Analytisch sterk, politiek-bestuurlijk sensitief, communicatief vaardig en in staat om juridische materie in begrijpelijke taal over te brengen; - Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht, met gevoel voor samenwerking.
