Waar je komt te werken Het geheel nieuw gebouwde Martinus in Medemblik is een moderne woonzorglocatie met een geheel nieuwe opzet: 40 ruime en lichte tweekamerappartementen in combinatie met 5 gezamenlijke buurtkamers. Deze woonzorglocatie is geschikt voor mensen met dementie, mensen met een lichamelijke zorgvraag en mensen die tijdelijke zorg of zorg in de laatste fase van hun leven nodig hebben. Voor een indruk van de locatie, klik dan hier . Wat je gaat doen Als woonassistent werk je op een woongroep en maak je deel uit van het zorgteam. Jij bent het vertrouwde gezicht voor bewoners in de huiskamer, zorgt voor een huiselijke sfeer en voor de gastvrije ontvangst van familie en vrienden van de bewoners. Je helpt bij het klaarmaken en nuttigen van maaltijden en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse schoonmaakwerkzaamheden. Je hecht belang aan het welzijn en comfort van de bewoners en je werkt vanuit de gedachte: 'Het is úw huis. Hier neemt u zo veel mogelijk beslissingen zelf.
