Omring - Nieuwe Steen 36, 1625 HV Hoorn Woonassistent Flex Enkhuizen en omgeving - Voor regio Enkhuizen en omstreken zijn wij opzoek naar Woonassistenten. Waar ga je werken? Omring Flex is de flexibele schil van Omring. Dat betekent dat jij op verschillende locaties komt te werken, daar waar jouw hulp hard nodig is. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de zorgverlening steeds door kan blijven gaan door een aanvulling te zijn op het team. Voor de regio van Enkhuizen zijn we op zoek naar extra versterking! Wat ga je doen? Als Woonassistent werk je op een woongroep en maak je deel uit van het zorgteam. Jij bent het vertrouwde gezicht voor bewoners in de huiskamer, zorgt voor een huiselijke sfeer en voor de gastvrije ontvangst van familie en vrienden van de bewoners. Je helpt bij het klaarmaken en nuttigen van maaltijden en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse schoonmaakwerkzaamheden. Je hecht belang aan het welzijn en comfort van de bewoners en je werkt vanuit de gedachte: 'Het is úw huis. Hier neemt u zo veel mogelijk beslissingen zelf. Heeft u ergens hulp bij nodig, dan staan we voor u klaar.'' Zo maak je samen met de bewoners en hun vrienden en familieleden van elke dag een bijzondere dag. Je werktijden zijn overdag tussen 07:00 en 21:00 uur, de duur van je dienst verschilt. Vaak duurt een dienst 3 tot 6 uur. We zoeken iemand die voornamelijk doordeweeks beschikbaar is maar ook in het weekend zo nu en dan kan werken. Jij hebt - affiniteit met ouderen; - een verantwoordelijke, maar respectvolle werkhouding; - uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden; - kennis van schoonmaken, voedselveiligheid en je kan koken. Jij bent - flexibel inzetbaar. Je werktijden kunnen zowel in de ochtend, eind van de middag als avond en ook in het weekend zijn; - bereid tot het volgen van een opleiding/training; Wij zorgen voor - ruimte om te groeien als professional en als mens.
