The posting

De woonassistent is de sleutelfiguur bij de dienstverlening in onze seniorenresidenties.

  • Je zal naast residentie 't Withof in Rumbeke ook worden ingezet in een andere residentie in deze regio, afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats en de bereikbaarheid
  • Via een beurtrolsysteem wordt er ook gewerkt op zaterdag
  • Je staat in voor de algemene administratieve opvolging, waaronder ook de opvolging van de verhuur van de appartementen, de organisatie van de gebruikersraad, etc
  • Je staat in voor de algemene zorgcoördinatie van onze bewoners in overleg met de bewoner, familie en zorgverstrekkers
  • Je hebt een goed relatiebeheer en contact met de sociale instanties, verpleegkundigen, dokters, ziekenhuizen, en verenigingen van de gemeente/stad,…
  • Je coördineert de samenwerking met de diverse leveranciers en uitbaters in de residentie: klusjesdienst, schoonmaak, restaurant, kine, syndicus,…
  • Je brengt de wensen en behoeften van onze bewoners in kaart op vlak van ontspanning, sociale contacten, zorgen en mee zoeken naar oplossingen
  • Je organiseert alle aspecten van ontspanning, activiteiten en sociale contacten tussen de bewoners. Alsook instaan voor de materiële en praktische organisatie van de activiteiten en de aanwezigheid hierbij
  • Je staat voor de algemene communicatie naar onze bewoners en hun familie
  • Je rapporteert op een verzorgde en consequente manier naar de verantwoordelijken en collega woonassistenten in kader van continuïteit van de dienstverlening
  • Je verzorgt mee de permanentie voor dringende niet medische zaken met betrekking tot onze bewoners, na de werkuren, volgens een beurtrol

Wat kan je?

Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot (ook met de computer), met een grote zin voor verantwoordelijkheid. Je hebt een mature ingesteldheid en hebt geen schrik om zelfstandig te werken. Je hebt respect voor de gemaakte afspraken en stelt je collegiaal op naar je mede-woonassistenten.

Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en hebt geen schrik om je in het Frans uit te drukken.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een nieuwe collega met een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een richting waar je een zorgende en professionele werkattitude hebt aangeleerd. Bijkomende diploma’s zoals EHBO, brandpreventie etc zijn zeker een meerwaarde.

Je beschikt over een bewijs van goed gedrag en zeden.

Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen.
