Jouw taak:

Je ondersteunt de bewoners op verschillende levensdomeinen. De noden en vragen van de bewoners staan daarbij altijd op de eerste plaats, de mensen uit hun netwerk zijn een belangrijke partner voor jou. Tegelijk waak je over de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de werking. Je werkt constructief samen met collega’s en partners om een optimale ondersteuning te garanderen.

Je werkt in een volcontinu systeem: je bent dus overdag, ’s avonds, ’s nachts (slapende nacht) en ook tijdens het weekend of op feestdagen inzetbaar.

Je gelooft in de mogelijkheden van mensen met een beperking. Je werkt vraaggestuurd en zet de bewoner steeds centraal. Je draagt actief bij aan hun kwaliteit van leven.

Je gaat steeds professioneel en respectvol om met de bewoners. Je bent warm en zorgzaam, zonder te betuttelen. Je reflecteert over je eigen handelen en blijft jezelf ontwikkelen.

Je bewaart het overzicht en stelt de juiste prioriteiten. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt proactief en vraagt hulp wanneer nodig. Je bent bereid om je aan te passen aan plotse veranderingen. Dat mag je ook van je collega’s verwachten.

Je deed bij voorkeur al ervaring op in het werken met mensen met een beperking of je hebt veel zin om hierin bij te leren. Je kan een recent blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister model 595.SV voorleggen.
