Begeleid, verzorg en verpleeg cliënten met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening tijdens de nacht. Dit doe je deels op een vaste locatie en deels als zwervende nachtdienst als schakel tussen onze diverse locaties in Leiden en omstreken. Je gaat als woonbegeleider aan de slag bij Beschermd Wonen. Je krijgt een contract voor alle diensten, maar je zult voornamelijk in de nachtdienst worden ingezet. Gedurende de nacht ben jij verantwoordelijke voor alle verzorgende, begeleidende en/of verpleegtechnische handelingen. De uitgangspunten zijn dat je de cliënt helpt om zelf zo lang mogelijk regie te houden en een goede nachtrust te faciliteren. Tevens starten wij dit jaar met een zwervende nachtdienst die op verschillende locaties van Beschermd Wonen Leiden (en Oegstgeest) de nodige zorg en ondersteuning biedt in de nacht. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die het leuk vindt om het werken op één locatie te combineren met het werken als zwervende nachtdienst. De verdeling hiertussen is afhankelijk van het aantal uren dat je in dienst komt. Wie ben jij? Om de functie van woonbegeleider / verzorgende IG voor de nacht goed uit te kunnen voeren ben je flexibel en clientgericht. Verder beschik je over: - Een MBO diploma zoals verpleegkunde, verzorgende IG of maatschappelijke zorg; - Je bent bereid tot bijscholing voor verpleegtechnische handelingen als je dat nog niet beheerst; - Je kunt onder moeilijke omstandigheden een zorgrelatie aan kunnen gaan; - Je kunt relativeren en je bent stressbestendig; - Je kunt meegroeien in de ontwikkelingen binnen de behandeling en begeleiding van cliënten met complete psychiatrische sto...
