Woonbegeleider Nobass Harderwijk (16-24 uur) IMG 4137 Ben je oprecht geïnteresseerd in mensen met autisme, neem je graag initiatief, sta je open om te leren en haal je plezier uit het dagelijks begeleiden en ondersteunen van bewoners. Dan ben jij de woonbegeleider die we bij Nobass zoeken. Wat ga je doen? Bij Nobass wonen negen jongvolwassenen met autisme, ieder in hun eigen appartement. Ze leiden zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven. Jij bent er om hen daarbij te ondersteunen. Soms is dat heel praktisch : samen koken, boodschappen doen of helpen om overzicht te krijgen in de dag. Soms is het juist een goed gesprek , een luisterend oor tijdens een wandeling of samen een spelletje doen. En soms betekent het dat je even niets doet, maar wél goed kijkt en luistert. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - het bieden van dagelijkse begeleiding en ondersteuning; - bijdragen aan een warme, veilige en gezellige woonomgeving; - bewoners ondersteunen bij zelfstandigheid en eigen regie; - samen koken, boodschappen doen, wandelen, een spelletje spelen of andere activiteiten - ondernemen; - een luisterend oor bieden en helpen bij het creëren van overzicht; - signaleren wanneer gedrag of behoeften veranderen; - samenwerken met collega's en ouders; - meedenken over wat een bewoner nodig heeft en daar actief naar handelen.
