Over ons - Over Parnassia Groep - Collega's over Parnassia Groep Woonbegeleider Antes zoekt voor de divisie beschermd wonen, in de rook van Rotterdam, een woonbegeleider. Dit ga je doen De beschermde woonvorm Albrandswaard ligt in de groene omgeving in Poortugaal, net onder Rotterdam, op het Antes terrein. Het bestaat uit 4 woningen met elk 6 bewoners. De woningen hebben elk een eigen entree. Er is een gezamenlijke woonkamer/keuken. Bewoners hebben een eigen kamer. Er is 24-uurs begeleiding aanwezig. De werkzaamheden: - je begeleidt bewoners in de dagelijkse woonvaardigheden; - samen met de bewoner breng je de financiële situatie in kaart en zet je acties uit; - samen met de bewoner zoek je naar werk of andere dagbesteding; - je houdt gesprekken en maakt rapportages. Dit ben jij - actief; - enthousiast; - betrouwbaar; - een afgeronde mbo-3 of mbo-4 opleiding in de richting Maatschappelijke Zorg, Sociaal Werk of een vergelijkbare opleiding; - flexibel inzetbaar. Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie is een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Het natrekken van referenties en het controleren van diploma's maken onderdeel uit van de sollicitatieprocedure.
