Woonbegeleider Nijmegen Als woonbegeleider bij gemeente Nijmegen ben jij een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor bewoners van de tijdelijke opvanglocatie TGO Vossenpels. Je helpt hen bij dagelijkse vragen, biedt ondersteuning waar nodig en stimuleert bewoners om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen. Je hebt oog voor wat er speelt, signaleert spanningen en weet wanneer je moet ingrijpen. Zo zorg je samen met je collega's voor een veilige en prettige woonomgeving. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je begeleidt bewoners bij praktische, sociale en maatschappelijke vragen. - Je signaleert hulpvragen, spanningen en veranderingen in het welzijn van bewoners en rapporteert bijzonderheden. - Je ziet toe op huisregels en veiligheidsafspraken en spreekt bewoners waar nodig aan op hun gedrag. - Je voert gesprekken over welzijn, participatie en zelfredzaamheid en stimuleert bewoners om actief mee te doen. - Je organiseert en begeleidt activiteiten en ondersteunt bewoners bij werkzaamheden, zoals in de moestuin, werkplaats en schoonmaak. - Je bemenst de informatiebalie, registreert afwezigheid en houdt contact met collega's, zorgverleners en andere betrokken organisaties. Je werkt 24 tot 36 uur per week volgens een wisselend rooster, van maandag tot en met zondag. Je draait verschillende diensten tussen 08.00 en 22.00 uur en bent ook beschikbaar tijdens feestdagen. Je start medio november 2026 en gaat aan de slag tot eind november 2027, met kans op verlenging. Functie eisen Jij bent iemand die makkelijk contact maakt en bewoners een luisterend oor biedt. Je begrijpt dat iedereen een andere achtergrond en andere behoeften heeft. Ook als situaties spannend of druk worden, blijf je rustig en houd je overzicht. Je bent betrokken, maar durft ook duidelijke grenzen te stellen. Samenwerken gaat je gemakkelijk af en je draagt graag bij aan een omgeving waarin iedereen zich veilig en welkom voelt.
