Vakmanschap, 'gewoon doen' vanuit passie en plezier is daarbij onze grondhouding. Binnen Talent ondersteunen we mensen bij het ontwikkelen van hun talenten en het vergroten van hun zelfstandigheid. In onze woonvorm Martinushuis te Maastricht wonen 21 bewoners die allemaal werken aan hetzelfde doel: zo zelfstandig mogelijk leren leven, met ondersteuning waar nodig. Wij bieden een veilige, stimulerende en respectvolle omgeving waarin bewoners de ruimte krijgen om stappen te zetten in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Als Woonbegeleider B begeleid je bewoners in hun dagelijks leven en ondersteun je hen bij het vergroten van hun zelfstandigheid. Je werkt samen met collega's en andere betrokken professionals om bewoners te helpen hun persoonlijke doelen te bereiken. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het creëren van structuur, veiligheid en een positieve leefomgeving binnen de woonvorm. Taken die je uitvoert zijn: - Biedt ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse huishoudelijke taken. - Zorgt samen met collega's voor rust, duidelijkheid en structuur. - Stimuleert de Talenten bij het aanbrengen van een dagritme. - Draagt bij aan een veilige en huiselijke sfeer in de woning. - Neemt actief deel aan teamoverleggen en stemt af met collega's. - Levert input voor de uitvoering van begeleidingsplannen.
