Bij RIBW Overijssel in Hardenberg zoeken we een enthousiaste, gedreven Woonbegeleider die samen met ons een veilige en fijne woonomgeving wil creëren voor onze cliënten. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die denkt in mogelijkheden, initiatief toont en graag meedenkt over nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en juist dat maakt het werk zo waardevol én uitdagend. Klinkt dit als jouw ideale baan? Lees dan snel verder! Wat ga je doen in je nieuwe functie? Het team van de Bruchterweg beneden ondersteunt 14 ouder wordende cliënten in het centrum van Hardenberg. Op de locatie Bruchterweg bieden we 24-uurs begeleiding. Je houdt je daar bezig met het dagelijks leven van cliënten. Je brengt een stevige dosis inlevingsvermogen mee en zorgt voor een veilige omgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je kunt je dan ook goed aanpassen aan wat de cliënt nodig heeft. Samen met je collega in de functie van Ondersteunend Woonbegeleider en een Vakinhoudelijk Teamondersteuner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat en de kwaliteit van de ondersteuning. Dit zijn je kerntaken: - Je biedt begeleiding aan cliënten met een psychische/ psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid. Deze begeleiding is individueel of in een groep. - Je werkt onregelmatig. Verschillende diensten werken (late-, vroege- en weekenddiensten) zijn voor jou geen punt. Je werkt ook soms slaapdiensten. - Ondersteunende handelingen op het gebied van Algemene Dagelijkse Levensverrichtingen (ADL). - Op basis van de beschikking van de gemeente stel je samen met de cliën...
