The posting

In de woongroep Montmartre wonen mensen met een neuro-motorische problematiek. De bewoners hebben nood aan een woon- en begeleidingsklimaat dat voldoende ruimte biedt om in te spelen op hun individuele zorgvraag en ondersteuningsnood. De ondersteuningsnood van de bewoners bestaat uit veel assistentie en verzorging, met oog voor hun lichamelijk welbevinden.

Jij maakt het verschil:

  • Wil jij elke dag écht het verschil maken in het leven van mensen met een neuro-motorische beperking? Zoek je een warme werkplek waar ook jouw ontwikkeling centraal staat? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken.
  • Als begeleider bied je cliënten de ondersteuning die hen helpt om hun leven zo zelfstandig, betekenisvol en prettig mogelijk vorm te geven.
  • Je biedt nabijheid en begeleiding en zorg (er wordt intens samengewerkt met onze eigen medische diensten)
  • Je bouwt aan een relatie van vertrouwen en ondersteunt de cliënt in het nemen van eigen regie
  • Het welzijn en de zelfstandigheid van onze bewoners staat centraal. Als woonbegeleider speel je hierin een sleutelrol. Naast het begeleiden van de bewoners, ben je ook het aanspreekpunt voor lichte, ondersteunende verpleegkundige handelingen (ook wel bekend als bekwame helper binnen de daarvoor geldende wetgeving) we vragen van jou geen medische achtergrond, wél een groot hart voor de zorg en de bereidheid om dit samen met ons te leren.
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor mensen met een beperking
  • Je hebt een respectvolle, zorgzame houding en weet goed om te gaan met complexe begeleidingsvragen
  • Je houdt van actief en gemotiveerd samenwerken met de collega’s, zowel binnen als buiten je eigen team.
  • Je werkt 1 op 2 weekends, werken in ploegdienst en op feestdagen schrikt je niet af
  • Je hebt een diploma bachelor orthopedagogiek of opvoeder-begeleider A2 of een vergelijkbaar diploma binnen een menswetenschappelijke richting
