Jij kijkt samen met cliënten waar zij jouw hulp bij kunnen gebruiken. Vervolgens stimuleer en motiveer je hen om deze activiteiten, samen met jou, te ondernemen. Denk hierbij aan alledaagse bezigheden als boodschappen doen, koken en schoonmaken. Dankzij jouw begeleiding komen cliënten met kleine stapjes steeds dichterbij hun doel. Thara (medewerker wonen en welzijn) vertelt: 'Vaak gaat het bij onze doelgroep niet om grote stappen, maar juist om de kleine successen. Dus even samen naar buiten, zelfstandig boodschappen doen of een hobby oppakken. Met kleine stapjes brengen we bewoners in beweging. '' Jouw bevindingen rapporteer je objectief in het cliëntregistratiesysteem. Daarnaast zorg je voor een prettige en veilige sfeer; eventuele ongewenste situaties signaleer je tijdig en je handelt probleemoplossend. Zo zorg je ervoor dat er een gevoel van veiligheid heerst voor je collega's en medecliënten. Over de Flexpool Wij noemen deze functie intern Medewerker Wonen & Welzijn, maar in jouw werk ben je vooral een betrokken woonbegeleider en professioneel begeleider voor onze cliënten. Je krijgt een arbeidsovereenkomst bij Wender, net als wanneer je op een vaste locatie werkt, maar met de unieke kans om op verschillende locaties Emmen ervaring op te doen.
