Wij zoeken jou! Een bewoner zet voor het eerst zelf koffie. Een ander durft eindelijk zelfstandig mee naar de supermarkt. Voor veel mensen lijken het kleine stappen, maar jij weet hoeveel doorzettingsvermogen en vertrouwen daarvoor nodig zijn. Als Woonbegeleider Gehandicaptenzorg ben jij degene die naast de cliënt staat, motiveert wanneer het lastig wordt en successen samen viert. Juist dat maakt jouw werk iedere dag waardevol.

Voor verschillende woonlocaties in de regio Groningen zoeken wij een Woonbegeleider Gehandicaptenzorg. Jij gelooft dat iedereen, ongeacht zijn of haar beperking, een fijne woonplek verdient waar ruimte is om te groeien, keuzes te maken en jezelf te zijn. Met jouw geduld, duidelijke communicatie en betrokkenheid help je bewoners om zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie over hun leven te houden.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag op een woonlocatie in Friesland, waar cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking wonen. Afhankelijk van de locatie begeleid je cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking (lvb), ernstig meervoudige beperking (emb), moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag (mvg) of ouder wordende cliënten. Samen met een betrokken team zorg je voor een veilige, huiselijke omgeving waarin bewoners de begeleiding en ondersteuning krijgen die bij hen past.

Wat ga je doen? Als Woonbegeleider Gehandicaptenzorg begeleid je cliënten tijdens hun dagelijkse leven. Je helpt bewoners bij het aanbrengen van structuur, ondersteunt waar nodig bij de adl en stimuleert hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen. Je begeleidt cliënten tijdens dagelijkse activiteiten, organiseert waar mogelijk passende bezigheden en bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor bewoners. Daarnaast observeer je veranderingen in gedrag of welzijn en werk je nauw samen met collega's, behandelaren en familie om de begeleiding goed op elkaar af te stemmen. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan een veilige, vertrouwde en fijne woonomgeving.
