Bij Vredenoord, in ons knusse woonzorgcentrum in Huis ter Heide (Utr.), draait het om meer dan alleen zorg verlenen. Het is een plek waar 100 bewoners zich thuis voelen, waar ruimte is voor persoonlijke ontmoetingen, zingeving en echte aandacht. Bij ons staat de vraag van de bewoner centraal. Van origine is Vredenoord een christelijke organisatie waar iedereen welkom is. In lijn met onze kernwaarden van geborgenheid, streven naar verbinding en professionaliteit, bieden wij een omgeving waarin iedereen zich thuis kan voelen. Wij zoeken een balans in lichamelijke activiteiten, mentaal welbevinden, welzijn, creatieve activiteiten en bezinning.

Wat ga je doen als woonbegeleider/medewerker welzijn?

Als woonbegeleider ben jij de steunpilaar voor het welzijn van onze bewoners op jouw huiskamer. Hier kun je écht een huiselijke omgeving creëren, waar de bewoner de regie heeft over wonen, welzijn en zorg. Jij bent de regisseur die activiteitenplannen opstelt en zorgt voor de uitvoering. Met passie coach je jouw collega's in het realiseren van deze plannen. Je bent alert op veranderingen in de behoeften van de bewoner en draagt actief bij aan het zorgleefplan door doelgericht te rapporteren in het ECD. Daarnaast help je bij het handhaven van structuur in het dagelijks leef- en slaappatroon van de bewoner.

Wat verwachten we van jou als woonbegeleider/medewerker welzijn?

- Afgeronde functiegerichte opleiding op niveau 3 of niveau 4 (bijvoorbeeld: begeleider specifieke doelgroepen, SPW, Verzorgende IG/MZ of Verzorgende IG/MMW).

- Kennis van het zorgproces en actuele ontwikkelingen binnen de ouderenzorg.

- Scherp observerend vermogen bij het werken met bewoners.

- Ervaring met belevingsgerichte zorg voor psychogeriatrische bewoner
