Werken met ouderen met dementie en onbegrepen gedrag in een warm team dat écht wat voor elkaar over heeft Je komt te werken op Hofstaete, een gespecialiseerde PG-afdeling op locatie De Wellen in Oss. Hier bieden we zorg aan 41 bewoners met dementie én onbegrepen gedrag. Op De Wellen woont men in kleinschalige groepen, met eigen kamers en gezamenlijke huiskamers – vaak mét uitzicht op fijne binnentuinen. Hier ga je werken Hofstaete in locatie de Wellen in Oss is een grootschalige woonomgeving voor ouderen met dementie en onbegrepen gedrag. Er wordt ook meerzorg geboden aan bewoners met complexe casussen. We werken volgens de visie van BrabantZorg: ‘elke dag zo fijn mogelijk’, voor bewoners én medewerkers. Alle bewoners hebben een eigen slaapkamer die zij naar eigen smaak kunnen inrichten. In de gezamenlijke huiskamers wordt samen gegeten, koffie gedronken of deelgenomen aan activiteiten. Op mooie dagen genieten bewoners samen in de binnentuinen. De sfeer is warm en gastvrij, familie en vrienden voelen zich hier thuis en spelen een belangrijke rol in het leven van de bewoners. Je werkt als verzorgende IG op Hofstaete (locatie De Wellen in Oss) met ouderen met dementie en onbegrepen gedrag. Je levert persoonsgerichte zorg, hebt oog voor welzijn en werkt samen met familie, vrijwilligers en collega’s om het vertrouwde leven van bewoners zoveel mogelijk voort te zetten. Wat ga je doen Dagelijkse verzorging: wassen, aankleden, eten en drinken – met het oog op de zelfredzaamheid van bewoners Activiteiten organiseren: van nieuwsbespreking tot herinneringen ophalen of een wandeling Emotionele steun bieden tijdens ziekte of in de laatste levensfase Uitvoeren van zorgtaken en BIG-handelingen, zoals medicatieverstrekking Werktijden in basis tussen

07.00–23.00 uur, met vroege, late en tussendiensten.
