De Poel is een welzijnsgerichte onderneming waar volwassenen met een beperking van alles beleven, zorgeloos wonen en samen werken. Als VAPH-erkende zorgaanbieder huizen we in het Pajottenland en de Zennevallei, in de groene gordel ten Zuidwesten van Brussel.

Bij De Poel komen we graag naar buiten! Met inclusieve projecten, in nauwe verbinding met de buurt, proberen wij de wereld van onze gasten én die van onze omgeving te vergroten. We verbreden elkaars blik. Leren samen groeien. En omarmen diversiteit. Want voor ons is anders bijzonder normaal.

In Huis Ternat wonen onze gasten samen met een team van begeleiders en genieten er van ateliers & workshops, zorg- en welzijnsdiensten en sport- en relax-activiteiten.

We doen er alles aan om onze gasten zich thuis te laten voelen en omarmen het leven met een lach, want lachten doet ontspannen en verbinden. Humor vinden wij dan ook het beste medicijn. Het geeft ons de kracht om van elke dag een geweldige ervaring te maken.

Onze gasten groeien elke dag, dankzij een team om en bij de 100 medewerkers. Om dit team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste nieuwe collega.

Wie ben jij?

Heb jij een hart voor bijzondere mensen? Wil jij samen met jouw collega’s zorgen voor een warme thuis voor onze gasten? Sta jij te popelen om hen, naast het bieden van de dagdagelijkse zorgen, mee op sleeptouw te nemen en hun talenten te ontdekken en verder te ontwikkelen? Er samen telkens opnieuw een toffe dag van te maken, zodat zij maar ook jij s avonds met een goed gevoel op de dag kunnen terugblikken? Schrikken wisselende shiften (dag, avond, weekend, feestdagen) jou niet af? Dan ben jij de persoon die wij zoeken!

Een diploma of een eerdere werkervaring met pedagogische, sociale of paramedische oriëntatie is mooi meegenomen, maar meer dan dat zijn we op zoek naar empathisch, zorgzaam persoon met een open geest en een positieve ingesteldheid.
