The posting

De site Rhode van vzw Kompas in Merelbeke is een woonsite voor volwassenen met een mentale en/of fysieke beperking. Bewoners wonen er in verschillende woonvormen, zoals leefgroepen, groepswoningen of meer zelfstandige studio’s, afhankelijk van hun ondersteuningsnoden. De site ligt in een groene, rustige omgeving en is opgebouwd als een bungalowpark. Samen met je collega begeleiders bied je 24 uur op 24 ondersteuning en begeleiding op maat, met als doel bewoners een kwaliteitsvol en zo zelfstandig mogelijk leven te laten leiden.

Jouw rol en impact

  • Je deelt dagelijkse dingen en betekenisvolle momenten met de bewoners, van een wandeling tot een verjaardagsfeest
  • Je begeleidt cliënten met zorg, respect en een gezonde dosis humor
  • Je werkt volgens individuele ondersteuningsplannen en zorgt mee voor een warme groepssfeer
  • Je bent tegelijk een luisterend oor, een structuurgever en een sparringpartner
  • Je denkt mee over activiteiten, routines en verbetering
  • Je werkt binnen een zeer uiteenlopende doelgroep en houdt dus van een uitdaging
  • Je bent communicatief sterk. Je helpt mee het leven van de cliënt te regisseren en functioneert als aanspreekpunt binnen het netwerk van de cliënt
  • Je stuurt externe diensten aan en werkt nauw samen met externe partners
