Als woonbegeleider/ verzorgende IG bij InteraktContour maak jij het mogelijk! Wat je doet Als woonbegeleider/ verzorgende IG bied je zorg en begeleiding aan mensen met NAH. Je staat naast de bewoners, biedt steun waar nodig en helpt hen stap voor stap ontdekken wat ze zelf weer kunnen. Jij denkt mee, moedigt aan en kijkt altijd naar wat wél mogelijk is. Je helpt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging (ADL): van wassen en aankleden tot een fijne start van de dag. Waar nodig voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Dankzij de een-op-een aandacht die je hebt, zie je echt hoe het met iemand gaat en bespreek je signalen met je collega's. Met moderne zorgtechnologie ondersteun je bewoners om hun zelfstandigheid te vergroten en hun leven zo prettig mogelijk in te richten. Het verschil dat jij als woonbegeleider maakt is groot. Je begrijpt hoe ingrijpend het is als iemand die vroeger alles zelf kon, nu afhankelijk is van hulp. Met jouw aandacht, humor en betrokkenheid bied je bewoners rust, structuur en vertrouwen. Wat wij bieden - mooi en betekenisvol werk dat er écht toe doet; - trainingen, cursussen en vervolgopleidingen gericht op jouw ontwikkeling en talenten; - een jaarcontract voor 24 - 28 uur per week, met zicht op omzetting naar een vast contract, of een nulurencontract op invalbasis, net wat beter aansluit bij jouw situatie; - een salaris van € 2.597,- tot maximaal € 3.635,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 35); - per 1 november 2026 vindt een salarisverhoging plaats, zoals afgesproken in de cao Gehandicapt...
