The posting

Woonsite ‘Rhode’ is gelegen in Merelbeke. Vanop deze site bieden we residentiële woonondersteuning aan een groep van een 60-tal volwassenen met een fysieke en mentale beperking. In team Zonnedauw begeleiden we een 14 tal personen met een NAH (niet-aangeboren hersenletsel en bijkomende zorgvragen. In deze groep sta je soms alleen afgewisseld met dagdiensten waar je samen met een collega paraat staat voor onze cliënten. Zonnedauw heeft zowel een leefgroep als een studiowerking.

Samen met jouw collega's ga je:

  • Kwaliteitsvolle hulp verlenen aan cliënten met diverse individuele hulpvragen.
  • Bieden van psychosociale en fysieke zorg aan onze cliënten.
  • Bewaken van afstand-nabijheid naargelang de noden en zelfstandigheid van de cliënt.
  • Organiseren en verantwoordelijk zijn voor het dagelijks reilen en zeilen in de groep, inclusief maaltijden en tijdsbesteding.
  • Uitvoeren van individuele ondersteuningsplannen van de cliënten.
  • Zorgdragen voor orde en netheid van het gebouw.
  • Deelnemen aan taken in lijn met de deelwerking en organisatie.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor of graduaat in de orthopedagogie.
  • Affiniteit met de doelgroep en brede kennis van verschillende ziektebeelden.
  • Empathisch ingesteld met een sterk zelf reflecterend vermogen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, risico-inschatting, en oog voor veiligheid.
  • Je hebt de nodige zelfstandigheid om alleen in de groep te staan.
  • Open, integer, constructief kritisch.
  • Gevoel voor humor en een no-nonsense aanpak.
  • Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
