Bij Schep Vastgoedmanagers zoeken we een Wooncoach die ervoor zorgt dat onze huurwoningen altijd in topconditie verkeren. In deze veelzijdige functie begeleid je het volledige mutatieproces: van de eerste inspectie tot de eindcontrole en van bezichtiging tot oplevering. Als Wooncoach ken je jouw complexen als geen ander. Je verzorgt bezichtigingen voor potentiële huurders, beoordeelt welke werkzaamheden nodig zijn, stemt deze af met betrokken partijen en houdt toezicht op de uitvoering. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en oog voor detail worden woningen efficiënt en kwalitatief hoogwaardig opgeleverd aan nieuwe bewoners. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van mutaties en zorg je ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen gedurende het proces goed geïnformeerd blijven. Met jouw proactieve houding en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden draag je dagelijks bij aan goed onderhouden woningen, tevreden huurders en een prettige woonomgeving. Jouw uitdaging Als Wooncoach ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van woninginspecties en opleveringen, het afhandelen van bewonersvragen en klachten en het signaleren van onderhoudsbehoeften. Daarbij onderhoud je contact met verschillende betrokken partijen en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van je werkzaamheden. De volgende werkzaamheden behoren tot je takenpakket: - Coördineren en uitvoeren van voor- en eindinspecties. - Begeleiden van opleveringen na mutaties. - Afhandelen van klachtmeldingen en bieden van passende oplossingen. - Beheren van administratieve taken, zoals rapportages en e-mail. - Uitvoeren van gebouwinspecties, met focus op onderhoud. - Communiceren met interne afdeling...
