Jij ziet altijd oplossingen voor knelpunten en mogelijkheden voor positieve verandering. Met jouw blik én inlevingsvermogen weet je anderen te motiveren om aan hun gedrag te werken. Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn we op zoek naar een wooncoach voor een 24-uursopvanglocatie. Samen met jouw team bestaande uit collega-wooncoaches, trajectbegeleiders, coaches methodisch werken, gastvrouwen/-heren zorg jij voor betrokken werkomgeving. Het team wordt aangestuurd door een teamleider. De opdracht Je start met een detacheringsopdracht van 3-6 maanden. Vervolgens zal je, bij wederzijdse match, een jaarovereenkomst aangeboden krijgen in loondienst. Er is zicht op een vast contract. Waar je gaat werken Je komt terecht op een 24-uuropvanglocatie met mensen die in psychische nood verkeren, een verslaving hebben en dakloos zijn of dreigen te raken. De bewoners kunnen zowel voor een korte of langere periode op de locatie blijven. Dit ga je doen Je zult bewoners begeleiden die worstelen met complexe problemen. Denk aan combinaties van lichamelijke aandoeningen met verslaving of psychische nood. Jij schakelt vlot tussen de verschillende behoeften van de doelgroepen. De bewoners zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen traject. Met de Krachtwerk-methodiek als leidraad ondersteun en inspireer je deelnemers om zich te ontwikkelen. In principe ondersteun je mensen thuis. Als dit (nog) niet kan, bied je samen met collega's veilige opvang op een van de opvanglocaties. Je zult uitgaan van de kracht van de bewoners.
