Waar ben je naar op zoek? Contact Wooncoach / Kopersbegeleider Image Path - Wooncoach / Kopersbegeleider Werken bij Van Heur betekent: Zorg jij dat iedere koper precies weet waar die aan toe is? Als Wooncoach begeleid jij toekomstige bewoners vanaf de verkoop tot en met de oplevering van hun woning. Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie, helpt kopers bij het maken van keuzes en bewaakt dat het volledige proces soepel en goed georganiseerd verloopt. Je begrijpt dat het kopen van een woning een belangrijke en spannende stap is. Met jouw persoonlijke aanpak, bouwkundige kennis en organisatietalent bied je kopers duidelijkheid en vertrouwen. Tegelijkertijd zorg je voor een goede verbinding tussen bewoners, opdrachtgevers en jouw collega's binnen het projectteam. Wat ga je doen? Als Wooncoach ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor kopers binnen verschillende nieuwbouw- en transformatieprojecten. Je begeleidt hen vanaf de verkoop tot en met de oplevering en helpt bij keuzes rondom de indeling, afwerking, installaties en mogelijke kopersopties. Je luistert goed naar de wensen van kopers, legt mogelijkheden en gevolgen helder uit en zorgt dat gemaakte keuzes en afspraken zorgvuldig worden vastgelegd. Daarbij bewaak je de voortgang, deadlines en onderlinge afstemming, zodat kopers weten waar zij aan toe zijn en het proces soepel verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiding, planvoorbereiding, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Daarnaast stel je keuzelijsten voor meer- en minderwerk op en organiseer en begeleid je kopersavonden en andere informatiemomenten. In deze rol draait het vooral om: - Begeleiden van kopers van verkoop tot oplevering; - Adviseren over indeling, afwerking, installaties en kopersopties; - Inventariseren en vastleggen van koperswensen en gemaakte keuzes; - Opstellen en beheren van keuzelijsten voor meer- en minderwerk; - Communiceren over mogelijkheden, kosten, deadlines en voortgang; - Bewaken van a...
