Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen huurders, woningcorporaties en samenwerkingspartners binnen de gemeenschap. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders en speel je een cruciale rol in het signaleren, begeleiden en oplossen van diverse woon- en leefbaarheidsvraagstukken. Je legt huisbezoeken af, bemiddelt in overlastsituaties, behandelt sociale casuïstiek en ondersteunt bewoners waar nodig. Daarbij voer je een zorgvuldige registratie en opvolging van dossiers, en draag je ideeën aan voor initiatieven die de leefbaarheid en veiligheid in de buurt bevorderen. Door jouw flexibiliteit en veelzijdigheid pas je je snel aan diverse werkomgevingen aan en voeg je direct waarde toe binnen elke opdracht. Functie-eisen Je bent een toegankelijke en professionele gesprekspartner die effectief met uiteenlopende belangen weet om te gaan. In uitdagende situaties blijf je rustig, oplossingsgericht en daadkrachtig. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Ervaring als Woonconsulent, Sociaal Beheerder of in vergelijkbare functies binnen woningcorporaties of maatschappelijke organisaties. - 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de corporatiesector, het sociaal domein of vergelijkbare werkvelden. - Kennis van sociale wet- en regelgeving en een duidelijke affiniteit met leefbaarheidsvraagstukken. - Ervaring met het registreren en beheren van dossiers in digitale systemen. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een groot vermogen om duurzame relaties op te bouwen.
