Joris Zorg logo Woonondersteuner Min. € 2.401,72 - max. € 2.896,76 Onbepaalde tijd contract Uren in overleg Vessem Ellen van Lieshout +31 850856222 D'n Bolle Akker bestaat uit vijf woonboerderijen. 3 daarvan bieden een warm thuis aan psychogeriatrische cliënten met dementie en 2 daarvan bieden een fijn thuis voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. In totaal draag je zorg voor 21 bewoners met een psychogeriatrische achtergrond en 15 bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking. "Mijn thuis" waar eenieder mag zijn wie hij/zij is! Warme zorg in een natuur- en dierrijke omgeving. Waar we niet alleen zorg bieden aan onze bewoners maar ook aan onze dieren en elkaar. Zij (en wij ook!)) genieten van de vrijheid, de prachtige natuur en de rust. Doen - Verrichten van dagelijkse en periodieke schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in algemene ruimtes en de woonruimtes van onze bewoners. Denk hierbij aan het reinigen van de badkamer, woonkamer, vloeren en het keukenblok. - Op termijn ga je ook andere facilitaire en logistieke werkzaamheden uitvoeren, zoals het plaatsen van boodschappenbestellingen. - Je verricht logistieke werkzaamheden, zoals het opruimen van bestellingen, het verzorgen van de was en het afvoeren van afval uit de woningen. - Verzorgen van de maaltijdvoorziening voor ontbijt, lunch en avondeten in een huiselijke sfeer. Hierbij horen onder andere tafeldekken, afwassen en het ondersteunen van cliënten bij bijvoorbeeld het smeren van een boterham. - Schakelen tussen twee verschillende doelgroepen. Je werkt direct met bewoners met psychogeriatrische problematiek en indirect met bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking. - Je bent sociaal vaardig en legt gemakkelijk contact met onze bewoners. Van een gezellig praatje tot het ondernemen van een kleine activiteit, zoals een gezelschapsspelletje.
