En houd je van veel verantwoordelijkheid nemen op je werk en vind je het leuk om samen met een enthousiaste club collega's echt zoveel mogelijk plezier te halen uit het leven van de bewoners en contacten met familie? Ben jij een collega met: - enthousiasme en passie voor de zorg voor mensen met dementie - creativiteit, betrokkenheid, sfeermaker, en ondernemingszin - een 'Ja leuk!'' en 'Gewoon doen' mentaliteit - Bereidheid om alle diensten te werken (ook nachtdiensten samen met een tweede collega) - een zorg gerelateerde opleiding op niveau 3 of 4 dan heeft dat onze voorkeur. Heb je dit niet maar denk je toch bij WarmThuis te passen solliciteer dan evengoed. Je bent werkzaam in een van de groepswoningen van één van onze locaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen in de woning. Ook ben jij je bewust van de invloed van je eigen gedrag op de bewoners en gebruikt de persoonlijke relatie om het woon-, leef en zorgklimaat positief te beïnvloeden. Je stelt in overleg met de bewoner en diens familie zorgleefplannen op. En verricht je eventuele verpleegtechnische handelingen (binnen het kader van de wet BIG). Ook is een onderdeel van je werk het begeleiden van leerlingen en stagiaires. Verder bestaan je werkzaamheden onder andere uit: - zorgen voor een zo aangenaam mogelijk woon-, leef- en zorgklimaat - begeleiden, ondersteunen en verzorgen van bewoners - bieden van welzijn en activiteiten - huishoudelijke werkzaamheden
