Voor een kwaliteitsvol en warm woonzorgcentrum in regio Hageland zoeken wij een enthousiaste woonzorgcoordinator!

Als woonzorgcoordinator stuur je het multidisciplinaire zorgteam aan op een mensgerichte en coachende manier.

Je bent de spilfiguur op de afdeling en zorgt voor een harmonieuze balans tussen hoogstaande, persoonlijke zorg voor de bewoners en een fijne, veilige werkomgeving voor je team.

Met jouw visie en enthousiasme creeer je een echte familiale sfeer waarin iedereen zich gehoord en thuis voelt.

  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma in de zorg- of welzijnssector (Bachelor Verpleegkunde is een grote plus).
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de zorgsector.
  • Leiderschap: Je beschikt over uitstekende coachende en organisatorische vaardigheden en weet mensen te verbinden.
  • Attitude: Je bent communicatief, oplossingsgericht, empathisch en straalt enthousiasme uit.
  • Beschikbaarheid: Je werkt minimaal 80% tot 100% en bent flexibel qua werktijden wanneer nodig.
  • Coachend leidinggeven: Je ondersteunt, motiveert en ontplooit het talent van je multidisciplinaire team (zorgkundigen, verpleegkundigen, paramedici).
  • Bewonerszorg & Woonleefplan: Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg op maat en volgt de woonzorgleefplannen van A tot Z op.
  • Werkorganisatie & HR: Je organiseert de dagelijkse werking efficient, stelt uitgebalanceerde uurroosters op en helpt bij de werving en het onthaal van nieuwe collega's.
  • Aanspreekpunt & Verbinding: Je onderhoudt nauwe, warme contacten met de bewoners, hun families en externe partners zoals (huis)artsen.
  • Kwaliteit & Innovatie: Je bewaakt de kwaliteitsnormen, bouwt mee aan het beleid van het centrum en beheert het budget van je afdeling als een goede huisvader/huismoeder.
